We work closely with you throughout implementation to ensure your confidence in the system. During this period, your dedicated account manager makes daily follow-up calls to check on your progress, answer questions, and resolve any issues.

Implementation process

Guidelines for the successful deployment of e-automate

STAGE I: WELCOME AND EARLY ACCESS

  • Welcome call to review purchase
  • Review timeline and key milestones
  • Assign conversion team and trainer
  • Discuss project and training plan
  • Complete business questionnaire

STAGE II: DATA PULL AND EVALUATION

  • Review expectations for data
  • Discuss reporting requirements needed
  • Extract data from legacy system when possible, work in spreadsheets when not possible
  • Clean-up of data
  • Map legacy system codes to e-automate codes
  • Attend New User Essentials training webinars and watch training videos; ask questions as needed

STAGE III: TRAINING AND FINAL TESTING

  • Receive testing database
  • Audit data for accuracy
  • Test processes to ensure data integrity
  • Track and report data issues
  • Complete testing checklist
  • Train employees on e-automate processes during test processing
  • Attend webinars, watch training videos, and ask questions as necessary

STAGE IV: GO LIVE

  • Receive final database
  • Review final checklist with trainers and consultants
  • Readiness Review to determine how ready you are to go live
  • Final review of training checklist with training mentor
  • Go live
  • Transition to Support status

STAGE V: FOLLOW UP

  • Confirm that webinars have been attended
  • Confirm use of all remaining training mentor hours
  • Confirm that add-on products have been installed
  • Review Checklist with training mentor
